When you place an order through our web site we use a

Card information is not stored in our Data Base. You will
need to enter your Credit Card information each time you

ORDERING
Placing your first order online is easy. Just follow
these steps to order any of our great products online.
STEP ONE: SELECT ITEM
Just click on "add to cart" button under
product picture.
STEP TWO: ADD ITEM TO SHOPPING CART
"One"(1) quantity per item is automatically
selected. To adjust the quantity of an item follow
directions under "view cart" and adjust
quantity.
STEP THREE: SHOPPING CART
If you wish to add additional products to your shopping
cart, click on "continue shopping". When
you're done shopping, click on the "checkout"
button.
STEP FOUR: CREATE AN ACCOUNT & LOG IN
Create an account and Login. This allows us to complete
your order and save your information for future orders.

If your order has already been processed, we may not be
able to cancel it. However, if you decide you do not want
the merchandise you ordered, you may return it to craft
time with 15 days of receipt and receive a full refund
of your total purchase price. Your satisfaction is our
goal.
RETURN AN ITEM
Merchandise can be returned for any reason within 15 days
of receipt.
The item must be in its original unopened condition for
a full refund.
We can only process returns and refunds from items purchased
from
Craft Time.
When we receive the returned item we will process the
return and issue a refund. Please note that we will refund
the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
